What I Enjoy about my Job:
I enjoy that every day is different and challenging but most of all I enjoy solving problems. I also enjoy working with our vast partnerships, because not only can I bring a plethora of resources but working together allows us to provide even more. By focusing my attention on the customers problems and working hard to help them, I am less focused on my own issues. My brain becomes energized to be part of someone else's solution, which allows me to tackle my own problems with renewed vigor.
My Future Plans:
My plans consist of growing our support services at Defense Health Agency and expanding our customer base by working with additional partners and bringing new and exciting solutions and offerings that will have a positive impact in the Federal Government Market. I am especially interested in the Telehealth and Virtual Reality to assist in pain and stress management.
What I do:
I manage and motive a consultative approach sales team. We build a trusted value partner relationship based on the customer’s need. Our selling approach focuses on identifying solutions to meet their challenges through understanding their requirements and asking the right questions along with active listening. We our vendor natural and we bring in the right partners and solutions to create a scalable and wholistic approach to solving problems. The bottom line is that our process puts the customers’ needs over the needs. My focus currently is Military Health Systems informatics support in deployment and sustainment of MHS GENESIS. The resources we are providing to the Military Treatment Facilities are related to program and project management, from studies and plans, workflow analysis, process improvement, accounting and strategic planning, through deployment, implementation and sustainment support.

Julie Anne is a mother of two children, a grandmother of Identical twin grandsons and an adorable 4-legged Cavachon named Banks.
She was born and raised in West Virginia, moved to Alaska when she was twenty-two years old where she started her Federal Government Sales career in Two-Way Communications Systems.
She moved to Seattle in the late '90s and raised her two children as a single mom. She lived and worked in the greater Seattle area for seventeen years, where she built multiple companies from the ground up.
Julie Anne moved to the East Coast in 2014 to not only focus on her sales efforts in the National Capital Region but to also be closer to her family.
Julie Anne has in-depth and diversified experience in solving problems and delivering complex technical solutions and services all around the world.
In Julie Anne's free time, she hikes and is also known to play a fierce corn hole game.
