An Erie native, Johanna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Photographic Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology. From there, she relocated to Northern Virginia where she worked as a Latent Print Photographer on a government contract and later as a Central Evidence Specialist for the Department of Forensic Sciences in D.C.

What is your current role?

My current role is the Sales Operations & Support Team Lead. I train the incoming Sales Support Representatives with the goal of getting the team informed on the government sales cycle, teaching them strategic and effective quoting, and helping them learn how to drive new business. I also am responsible for the order management side of our sales where I focus on processing orders in a timely fashion, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I enjoy working with an amazing group of people, both in the Erie HQ office and those located remotely. FRC feels like its own community and I am constantly learning from the diverse group of individuals here. I'm also grateful to be in a position where I can enhance my skill set and use that to help the team grow as well. What are your future plans?

I am working towards continuing to grow the Sales Support team and help them along the path of becoming Inside Sales Representatives, to future Account Executives. My goal is to be part of a team that gives people the tools and opportunities they need in order to further their careers.
