FRC Awarded 8(a) STARS II GWAC

Federal Resources Corporation (FRC) is now a schedule holder on the 8(a) STARS Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), Contract GS-06F-0747Z, which allows FRC to receive direct awards.

Key Contract Features
 

  • STARS II is a GWAC, not a schedule
  • Orders do not require Offer letter and acceptance from SBA
  • No interagency agreements required between GSA and your agency
  • STARS II has a $10 billion program ceiling
  • Direct awards allowed to $4 million that can have flexibility like a BPA vehicle
  • Award periods up to 7 years in length
  • 8 (a) socioeconomic credit transferrable to the agency
  • Shortened procurement times
  • A low GSA user access fee (0.75 percent) BUILT into contractor’s ceiling prices which is paid to GSA
  • Contract Types -Fixed Price, Incentive Order, Time and Materials / Labor Hour Rates which are fully inclusive of fees
  • NAICS 541511, 541512, 541513, 541519 available
