Mr. Jacobs is founder and current President of Federal Resources Corporation. He is responsible for all corporate network infrastructure, corporate direction, corporate operations management, administration, security, and facilities management. In addition, he manages and leads the programs and activities of the Information Systems Group. Mr. Jacobs has over 28 years of technical, leadership and management experience related to the design, acquisition, installation, maintenance and operations of information management systems at numerous DOD/Navy facilities. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Jacobs held senior program/project manager positions at a number of leading defense information technology companies – FORCE 3 Inc, MASTECH System Corp., Research Planning Inc., Columbia Research Corp, CACI Inc., COMPETK Research Inc., and Vitro Corp. Mr. Jacobs holds a B.S. degree (summa cum laude) in data processing management from Strayer University.
Ms. Glenn oversees all financial functions in the organization. She is responsible for the coordination of the company's financial planning, budget management, and accounting procedures for both the project and corporate level. As VP Finance, she represents Federal Resources Corporation to the government agencies and auditors. Karen is also responsible for all of the company's contacts. She oversees the administration of contracts and any associated modifications in accordance with company polices and the administration policies of ISO 9001:2008 compliance and certification. With her 25 years of managerial experience, Karen recruits, supervises, and evaluates department staff to assist in these areas.
